CANCELLATION POLICY
•All cancellations and reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to appointment •Canceling/rescheduling less than 24 hrs in advance results in 100% of the service being charged to the card on file •No-shows result in 100% of the service being charged to the card on file Future appointments for no call/no shows will require 50% of the service to be paid in full before the appointment is accepted Continuous no-shows will be permanently banned from booking •I allow a 10 minute grace period. Anything past 10 minutes is considered a no-show and will result in a reschedule (exceptions may apply) *ALL clients will be required to have a card on file*
